Preparing the dip
Mix 1 heaped tbsp of dip seasoning with 100 g of crème fraîche and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Use
Excellent with grilled dishes such as steaks and entrecôte, with vegetable dips, potatoes, salad dressings, fish or as herb butter.
