Preparing the dip
Mix 1 heaped tbsp of dip seasoning with 100 g of crème fraîche and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Use
Excellent for vegetable dips, meat fondue, salad dressings, shrimp or for grilled dishes, such as steaks, sausages or chicken salad. Also ideal as a curry spice.
