Preparing the dip
Mix 1 heaped tbsp of dip seasoning with 150 g of crème fraîche and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Use
Excellent for vegetable dips, appetisers, meat, fondues, Gschwellti (boiled potatoes), garlic butter or garlic bread and grilled goods.
