Oolong tea is a wanderer between two worlds: It has the advantages of both green and black tea and combines the finest qualities of each. It is slightly less light than conventional green tea, but much more delicate than black tea. Because of its sparkling, tangy note, this unique tea from the Chinese province of Hubei is also known as the champagne of teas.
Only true masters master the extremely sensitive process of production. Fermentation of the tea leaves is only carried out to a certain extent and then stopped in a targeted manner: If the fermentation is stopped early, the tea gets a golden colour and an aromatic, lively base characteristic. The longer the tea is fermented, the stronger and more aromatic it becomes.
Ingredients: Jade Oolong tea(China). Contains no artificialflavouring.
Oolong Paradies Tee sollte bei einer Wassertemperatur von 85–90°C aufgebrüht werden.
Es ist ratsam, das abgekochte Wasser im Wasserkocher kurz stehen zu lassen, bevor Sie es in Ihre Teekanne oder Tasse giessen.
